She prides herself in being able to come up with original, personalized, creative and delicious meals prepared with the highest quality of ingredients.

Summer Corn and Tomato Salad

Tender white corn is combined with parsley and vine-ripe tomatoes to make a perfect summer salad

Buttermilk Biscuits with Honey Butter

Flaky buttermilk biscuits are even better when spread with my sweet honey butter

Brown Sugared Roasted Peaches

Peaches picked at the height of the season are halved, dusted with brown sugar, roasted and then served over baby greens

Ham and Pecan Two-Bitewiches

Combining the some of the best flavors of the south, these two-bite mini sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread with baby spinach

Italian Lunch Menu

Grilled Marinated Vegetable Platter

Assorted vegetables (zucchini, squash, eggplant, peppers) are grilled and then marinated in my homemade balsamic vinagrette.

Mini Pizzaettes

3″ tiny pizzas made from hand-tossed dough, topped with rustic tomato sauce and cheese

Penne Pasta Salad

Penne pasta is cooked al dente and then tossed with olive oil, vine-ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushrooms are stuffed with sweet Italian sausage and breadcrumbs, topped with Parmesan cheese and baked until tender
