Peaches picked at the height of the season are halved, dusted with brown sugar, roasted and then served over baby greens

Grilled Marinated Vegetable Platter
Assorted vegetables (zucchini, squash, eggplant, peppers) are grilled and then marinated in my homemade balsamic vinagrette.
Mini Pizzaettes
3″ tiny pizzas made from hand-tossed dough, topped with rustic tomato sauce and cheese
Penne Pasta Salad
Penne pasta is cooked al dente and then tossed with olive oil, vine-ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms are stuffed with sweet Italian sausage and breadcrumbs, topped with Parmesan cheese and baked until tender
