I am excited to be out at the Downtown Cary Farmer’s Market tomorrow morning doing a demonstration and passing out samples in support of the NC 10% Campaign! For those who don’t know, the goal of the NC 10% is to help get legislation passed that supports a farm-to-fork sustainable local food economy. Supporters of this campaign pledge to spend at least 10% of their food dollars from local sources.
