Laurel Park Elementary School has some fantastic teachers, administration and staff. I love being able to say, “Thank you” to them by providing them with lunches on their early-release meeting days. Teachers have one of the hardest jobs in the world, and we all should take time to appreciate them!
Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Shredded Carrots, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Walnuts and Goat Cheese with a Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients- Spinach, strawberries, carrots, cucumbers, onions, walnuts, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, basil, dry mustard, sugar, salt, pepper
Pasta Salad with Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Basil, Spring Peas, Baby Green Beans ,Tomatoes and Olive Oil (I have portioned out some with no cheese for people who might not eat cheese)
Ingredients: Pasta, parmesan cheese, basil, olive oil, fresh peas, fresh green beans, salt, pepper, garlic powder
Option to add (served on the side):Sunflower Seeds, Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Grilled Vegetables (Squash, Zucchini, Red Pepper and Eggplant with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder) and Fresh Pea Shoots
Fresh Strawberries, Grapes and Oranges.
Water, lemonade and Iced Tea (sweet and unsweet)
